Cant connect to app

after the previous update I could not log in to my account (via FB) and connect to the toothbrush. after updating to the last version I log in via FB but my brush is not visible on the account (it should be because I connected it to this account)another connection attempt fails because the message that the brush is connected to another account pops up. How can I fix it? please helpgreetingsM.

When I downloaded the app (about 3 years ago) it was great, everything worked fine but then there was an update which the app told me to download so I did and it changed everything. Since then the app lags a lot, I have to click ”change the brush head” for like 100 times because after clicking it changed to ”brush head used for 0 days” but after opening the app again the number of days was as before. The app logs me out very often, it disconnects from the toothbrush every 5 seconds. When I try to brush my teeth with it connected to the app the brushing stops for multiple times and I have to start again and even then it doesn’t show any data about the brushing. I have no data about brushing for the past 2 years

I’m not doing such rants often but this is really irresponsible. Some functionalities of the toothbrush are tied to this app and not possible to use without it. All of sudden after the update app logs out. After I reset the password I can’t connect the toothbrush anymore because it is supposed to be “already registered”. I have paid for a toothbrush that has several smart features that contributed to its price and now o can’t use them because you don’t know how to update an app. I will not recommend this toothbrush again.

I’m not doing such rants often but this is really irresponsible. Some functionalities of the toothbrush are tied to this app and not possible to use without it. Connection to Bluetooth stopped working very quickly and now still cannot be restored. Without it device is not able even to change time zones after switch from winter to summer time in our region. App itself also has some disadvantages. Like erase of history button doesn’t have safety message before, only after you accidentally clicked it you receive a message that all data now deleted and also it is not possible to restore it.
