Requesting your Uber is easy – here’s how it works:
- Just open the app and tell us where you want to go.
- The app uses your location so your driver knows where to pick you up.
- You’ll see your driver’s picture and vehicle details, and can track their arrival on the map.
- Payment can be made by credit card, cash (in selected cities only), Apple Pay, PayPal and more.
- After the ride, you can rate your driver and provide feedback to help us improve the Uber experience. You’ll also get a receipt by email.

Want to save money on your ride? Take uberPOOL – you’ll travel with other riders heading in the same direction, and enjoy a lower fare.

When we need to get somewhere quickly and cheaply, this popular ride-sharing app motors to our rescue. We appreciate the variety in our vehicle choices—from budget-friendly carpools to swanky SUVs—as much as we love knowing when our ride is arriving and exactly how much it’ll cost. Heck, now we even use it as a verb: “We’re going to Uber to your place. Be right there!”
App doesn’t care about customer
The application allows drivers to commit frauds. After the driver accepts the trip, the customer cannot cancel it without a penalty fee. Drivers know this, and those dishonest confirm the trip, they go towards the client, but they never come. They wait for the cancellation of the journey by the customer and make a money for nothing. My driver should have come in 3 min, when app showed he would arrive in 1 min, he stopped. After additional 10 mins I resigned and I had to pay penalty. I asked driver before cancellation about status. He replied he was in a city. Customer should be able to cancel trip without penalty if driver didn’t come after forecasted time.
My account has been hacked
Someone stole my account and paid for extemely long rides with it. I ve already contacted you via some form but after 7h I got mail that you have not been able to locate this charge in your system. Uber has no Helpline or live chat so there is nowhere to get help from... I had to block my card but did it too late and I have literally no money left...
I got charged for rides that took place in Eastern Ukraine from account that i deleted ~2weeks ago. The password was changed from IP located in South Korea and twenty minutes later someone was using it in Ukraine... Shouldn’t you react somehow while strange activity takes place? If that is not suspicious I don’t know what is...
