Ooredoo Money 4+

The app is good but only if your transfer gets through. If you money does not reach the recipient which has happened with me in two different cases then you are on your own. You will only receive apologies from the customer service and they will literally do nothing about it. In my case one of my transfer made to my own bank account in Pakistan has been stuck for 2 complete months and every time I call them they ask me to wait say 2 days, 3 days, one week and it has literally been 60 days that my money is stuck with them and I am not even sure that I will ever recover it. Same is happening on another transfer to Sweden. Transfer at your own risk !!!

I was sent money 11th December2023 and I was received sms from ooredoo money app my money was received 12th December after 20th December my mom go bank for money and they are saying money still not received. After i call Ooredoo money customer care and they are saying my bank address can’t find. That’s why money was not received. So i give them my bank statement and customer care agent said okay after 2 days your money will go. Then I’m waiting 2 days but still money not received then 22th December again I’m calling customer care and I asked them why not received my money and they are said now your account is wrong. But was sent money many times same account. Then I said okay give me money refund 24th December and they said okay under 2 days your money will add your ooredoo account but still not received then again I was calling customer care 26 December and they are saying we already sent mail wait more 2 days and today is 28th December again i am calling customer care and they are saying wait more time…😡😡
