Very attentive
Found a car with some damages with, before I get in, and I call the customer care and they call me back in a second on my matter, he was kind and ask me to send pictures on whatsapp and unlock the car for me,
Account blocking
It is very risky to add money and use them in the app, in case u do not have the amount ready on your card they will block ur account! Great now u have to add more money even if u don’t need that.. if u have under 150ron you will try to unlock a car and you will be fooled again (account blocked, add some extra money cuz why not)
They will make your situation even complicated! You will freeze around the car and you’ll not be able to spend the entire amount of your money( u can receive them in a few days, but this not what u need)
Rudeness overload!!!!
Worst customer service in Romania, probably entire Europe! They don’t speak English and hang up the phone on you regardless of how many times you are trying to talk to them!don’t even get the chance to ask for someone to speak in English!
Besides that, Daniela Stanciu (their “ support “) kept hanging the phone on my husband and I while trying to just address a small problem! Yelling and being a very arrogant employee won’t help hun! Just due to their customer service I’ll stop using them!
You have other options guys!!! Don’t settle for a bad experience 😊✌🏻
