New Look, Better Feel: A fully redesigned interface that allows you to get pedaling in no-time has been developed, with new filtering options, better mapping of available bikes and parking spots, as well as air quality indexing, cycled kilometers and much more.
Pay As Much As You Ride: We have officially integrated a pay-as-you-go payment system that allows you to save time and money in comparison with traditional commuting methods, all while making sure that your resources go for exactly as much as you consume. Loving the rides and the bikes? Hop on our Day, Week or Month subscription-tiers and unlock the city with our bikes.
Cycling, As You've Never Experienced It: Developed with a user-centric approach and designed with performance in mind, our new fleet of smart and e-bikes is ready to carry you anywhere you want, however you want. Simply unlock a bike, ride and drop it off safely at one of our new smart stations, one of our BBoxes or one of the Infrastructure Pop-Ups from around town. Intelligent mobility, at the tip of your fingers, any time.
GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT
We're opening up the system for testing after months of development around our country's first sustainable mobility network. This means that the app will only feature the basic functions, to make sure that we have everything perfectly ready for the main launch event. Up until then, we rely on your involvement and understanding. Feel free to test the new app, bikes and stations, and know that any form of feedback can help more than you imagine. Take any mis-hap during this testing period and let us know about it, so that we can make all rides from now on as smooth as possible.

A while ago, I left a 1-star review complaining about the jammed physical racks at Romana/Unirii and how hard it was to use the service for a quick A-to-B commute. I have to say, this new update is a complete 180-degree turn! The new app and the dockless smart lock system (blue zones) solved literally every old frustration. No more jammed racks, just a modern, flexible, and reliable bike-sharing system.Since you fixed the core system so beautifully, I have one suggestion for the next map update: please consider adding a digital parking area (blue zone) along the Mihai Bravu - Dristor axis. Connecting the Dristor subway hub with Auchan Vitan, Kaufland, and extending to ParkLake would be the ultimate "last-mile" commute solution for thousands of residents.Amazing revamp, you guys really listened to the commuters!

Just as the title says, the app is unusable, will not unlock bikes for unknown reasons, everytime i want to use it i have to try to unlock multiple bikes just to get the same 2 errors. Can not lock bikes sometimes even, the app does not register that you locked the bike so if you forget to check it you might have a surprise that the timer has not stopped when you know you left the bike at the dock station. TWO TIMES already it has happened that the app will not stop the timer and i also can not stop it manually because, again, of some unknow error. If somehow you get to unlock a bike after 50 tries, it will not be a pleasure to ride, its 50/50 that the transmission works properly, sometimes the light wont work, the seat might be crooked and stuck so you cant fix it. And they want you to pay for this

You need to return the bike to the same station where you picked it up, and you can’t take more than one bike. I wasn’t able to get a bike for my child after I had already taken one for myself for 2 hours, and I couldn’t cancel the order anymore. When I arrived at the rental point in the park, it turned out I couldn’t take another bike because I needed to return to the original station and return my bike. Thank you for making our family day so awful!
Soft Launch: We've just deployed the new app version with the new basic features. Please note that for the near future we are constantly testing and improving, based on data gathered on-site from users and riders. You feedback counts more than you can imagine!
