Îți verifici conturile, faci transferuri în lei și îți verifici istoricul tranzacțiilor. Scanezi facturi de utilități cu funcția Scan&Pay și formularul de plată se autocompletează cu toate datele necesare. Localizezi orice ATM și office ING cu funcția Caută ATM.
Aplicația îți oferă acces la: conturile curente, conturile de economisire, conturile de credit, asigurări ING, trimitere IBAN prin e-mail, tranzacții in lei (plăți către beneficiar nou, transfer între conturile proprii, plăți utilități, plăți către beneficiari din MyPayments), curs valutar și schimb valutar, Scan&Pay (scanare și plată facturi), plată rapidă între doi utilizatori prin QR code, reîncărcare cartelă, Rovinieta, istoric tranzacții (cu opțiune de căutare avansată), tranzacții în așteptare, localizare ATM și office ING Bank, alerte PUSH, contact ING.
Pentru a accesa functionalitățile oferite de aplicație vei folosi aceeași modalitate de autentificare specifică ING Home'Bank (Cod utilizator și Parola/Digipass). You can check your accounts, make transfers and check transaction history. You can scan your utility invoices using Scan&Pay option and the payment details will be auto-completed. Find any ATM or ING Office using Find ATM option.
From the application you have access to: current accounts, savings accounts, credit accounts, ING insurances, send IBAN by e-mail, make transfers in Lei (transfers to new beneficiaries, transfers between your accounts, utility payments, payments to MyPayments beneficiaries), exchange rates and foreign exchange, Scan&Pay (scan and pay bills), fast payments between two users using QR code, phone recharge, vignette, transaction history (with advanced search option), pending transactions, Find ATM and ING Bank offices, PUSH alerts, Contact ING.

Ratings and Reviews
It would be great if you could select which accounts are used to calculate the amount showed at the top of your portfolio. Right now I see the sum of all the account linked on my profile.
I have a savings account and also I have power of attorney over someone else's account and I see the amount they have in their acount. This can be very confusing.
I would like to be able to select just my current account(s). If you need any other details or explanations please let me know.
Very bad interface
One of the worst app interface for a banking platform. Given the fact that ING praises itself for the tech advancement and the futuristic vibe, the app is excruciatingly painful to use. First of all, it requires a tap for the Face ID scan to activate and almost every time it needs a second scan to proceed. Once logged in, everything feels slow and clunky, almost as an app from the early days of iOS. The interface is off, in the Bazaar section the help button overlaps the phone’s notch (which is a rookie designer mistake, shame on your developers - there is only one iPhone notch to care for). Most of the time it feels like this wasn’t made for touch, but rather for desktop. The buttons are sometimes tiny, sometimes huge, there is inconsistency all over the place, sometimes there is a header, sometimes there isn’t. And the loading times are laughable.
All in all, you should be ashamed as a company for pushing this half-baked joke of an application, given the fact that your are one of the big banks, being super vocal about the integration of technology and design in your Home’Bank services.
Pro tip: just take a look in some of the fintech owned apps, and see how a real banking app should look like. Until then, i can’t recommend this thing you call an app to nobody.
Using it since 2016
I am so frustrated about the UX in this app. I must press twice on the login button in order to initiate the login mechanism. The problem is that it opens that useless keychain and it has to scan my face. I spend more than 15 seconda trying to login every time. Once I close the keychain, the keyboard is hovering the password text field and I must write my pass blindly without seeing the number of characters I’ve already entered.
Also, the way it’s showing view controllers is so buggy, so flicky. It’s not a native iOS app feeling.
I do appreciate the functionality and that I can manange bank operations remotely but please improve the UX... it’s so frustrating. I even had to close the app, come on the app store and search for the app just to write you this.
