the worst service!

our chats are frozen because of an error in freshchat billing. because of this, our support can't help our clients. we pay for this service every month, but the error is not fixed, the freshchat system does not have any support and solutions in case of errors. they only demand money! be careful! your support may simply stop working at any time, and no one will help you!!!
