I first knew about this app from a OFW vlogger saying it has no transfer fee with high exchange rate, so I tried it out. I first sent a small to a mobile wallet to make sure it’s working and it was received after an hour. So I higher amount transferred to a bank account and up until now, it is still in progress. It has been 19 days already and no one is helping. I contacted customer service almost everyday and created multiple tickets, until I got tired of asking for my money. Multinationals are the one answering my calls, and all they do is to tell you they will upgrade your tickets and forward the issue to their leader, and nothing else. They will not solve the problem. So never again will I use this barq because it is a scam app. There are better trusted app to use to send money to your loved ones. It is better to pay for the transaction fee than to get scammed by them.
