Zain has decided to permanently move from its text services and facilitate operations entirely from this app. However, the app is flawed beyond measure, once charging me for a package and not activating that service. Their latest problems include an absolute inability to unsubscribe from a package or to subscribe to other packages while another package is active. You can see the dilemma especially when the text service is suspended. Customers are left essentially in limbo and forced to accept that once they choose a package they will have to stick to it entirely unless they are able to get assistance from a competent agent at a local Zain outlet. It goes without saying that the support via their “contact us” line are entirely clueless and won’t provide solutions that customers cannot come up with themselves. Very bad app.
