Ease of use and intuitive most of the time

Convenient to learn about subscription status, packages and recharging credit. The app is easy to use and makes use of Apple Pay for quick payment method. The only downside is that it logs you off often although you're still using the app from the same device. I'm not sure if this regulatory requirements for cyber security or just lack of skill set to implement device management on their side.

Useless Application

Zain has decided to permanently move from its text services and facilitate operations entirely from this app. However, the app is flawed beyond measure, once charging me for a package and not activating that service. Their latest problems include an absolute inability to unsubscribe from a package or to subscribe to other packages while another package is active. You can see the dilemma especially when the text service is suspended. Customers are left essentially in limbo and forced to accept that once they choose a package they will have to stick to it entirely unless they are able to get assistance from a competent agent at a local Zain outlet. It goes without saying that the support via their “contact us” line are entirely clueless and won’t provide solutions that customers cannot come up with themselves. Very bad app.

Solid App with Minor Glitches

The app is user-friendly and makes managing my internet service a breeze. I love how easy it is to pay bills and track data usage. The interface is clean, and customer support is just a tap away. However, the app occasionally takes a bit longer to load, and there have been a few times when my data usage wasn’t updated in real-time. Also, promotions often redirect to the website, which could be better integrated. Overall, it’s a solid app with some room for improvement.
