Package change limitation
This app is amazing. However, when I try to downgrade my package, it doesn't allow me to do it and it redirects me to the website, then as always, the website always fail me. What a disappointment.. a pioneer telecommunication and leading information technology company can't even manage their app and website properly and will always be dependable on the backward and end-of-life call-center service.
New app is not functions
I had downloaded latest update, and it’s asking me add line and when I do it stated I am already registered! Tried to reach to customer service and their input didn’t resolve is issue! I am thinking of switching to another provider as this problem is still in place since 2 weeks!
1-More options with less points. 2- No expiry date for points to give more chances for better choices. Leave it optional. 3- be more understanding & cooperative with customers, especially those who are regular in payment of bills. 4- keep remaining points for future use with other future points. THANK YOU🌹
