Package change limitation

This app is amazing. However, when I try to downgrade my package, it doesn't allow me to do it and it redirects me to the website, then as always, the website always fail me. What a disappointment.. a pioneer telecommunication and leading information technology company can't even manage their app and website properly and will always be dependable on the backward and end-of-life call-center service.

None of the promised “benefits” are achieved

I am a Raqi customer for the past umpteen years. Every time I travel, I have to purchase a data plan from the country I am visiting due to unavailable or poor plans with international carriers. This included visits to Philippines, Azerbaijan, London, Italy, France, Switzerland and Belgium during the last two years only. I am unable to make a simple request for a device through the app (does not support two year discount). I am unable to get the device I want through a branch - either they send me to another branch - or the other branch is unable to complete the request due to a system glitch. Add to that, very poor network and connection in my area. I am switching to STC in hope that it would be better — although I am assured by everyone that despite Mobily’s known terrible service to Raqi customers, their terrible is considered better than other service providers. This is sad. We deserve better. We pay a lot of money for Raqi. We pay a lot of money for the plans- is it too much to ask for the promised quality service ? Shame wallah. Very disappointing and wastes valuable time looking for a solution. SHAME.

internet interruptions via fiber optics

I have had a problem with internet interruptions via fiber optics for a period of time. I submitted several complaints and they sent several technicians, but the problem was not solved. Orders are closed because the speed is excellent, and the interruption problem has not been solved until this moment. When I try to file a new complaint, the complaint is taken from the customer center, but when I review them after a day or two, I find that the new complaint has not been filed. When I inquire from customer service, I am told that perhaps the business encountered a problem and was not able to file the new complaint, and I am still with them. This method is a converter to solve the intermittency of the Internet via optical fibers
