Package change limitation

This app is amazing. However, when I try to downgrade my package, it doesn't allow me to do it and it redirects me to the website, then as always, the website always fail me. What a disappointment.. a pioneer telecommunication and leading information technology company can't even manage their app and website properly and will always be dependable on the backward and end-of-life call-center service.

Super Delay and very bad service

Imagine having a working internet connection then suddenly a mobility technician will come and said will upgrade the fiber box then after that they will leave without fixing the fiber connection, then when you call customer service they cannot do anything but just to report and you as a user will need to waiy 3-5 days before they will fix the connection. Now all of you work will be delay and the school task for your kids will also be affected. I never experienced this to stc it just happen that in the area only mobily is available or else i will never this network with very poor customer service.
