Great service that with more imporvment will be the best ever

Never chose anything than sweater for me and my family great workers great service and always finish the cars really fast with good quality as i dealt with them multiple times, one thing is that when i book at time and day for an event and the worker did not arrive they would just skipp it without even try to reschedule for me even tho it happened at some certain improtant times i needed to finish the car wash and when the oppsite happnes and me who is absent and cancel i would be charge with the book i did and lose it so for a custemor who is loving this service and always pay and try to take great discounts and packages i would appreciate if they do something about it thank you.

First is their worker ( always got lost even though my address was accurate /correct.) and they don’t speak English nor Arabic , rude. And It seems like the only way to communicate with them is through sign languages. Second their customer service who doesn’t speak English and second is they don’t give the proper solution to their customers complaint . Like what happen today that I booked from last week and they do confirm it, but unfortunately their cleaner didn’t arrived and they don’t even gave me an specific reason for that matter , and when I ask them just send any cleaner they have for today, they don’t listen to my request even though it’s already paid , instead they just decided to rebook it after 2 days. Without asking me first. Third is they are very pricey . I will just use my remaining cleaning packages and after this I will never avail any of your packages . Not anymore ! So dissatisfied and disappointed with your services!UPDATE: Unfortunately ! Again they cancel their rebook ! Without any reason, Not surprised anymore . They have a very poor behavior and system . Shame on this app . The owner need to read comments sometimes so he knows how customers are disappointed on their services . SWEATER CANNOT MAKE CUSTOMERS SATISFIED. YOU GUYS ARE JUST TAKING OUR MONEY.

Very reasonably priced, avoids waiting at external car washes thus saving precious time, getting the car cleaned from the comfort of your home, quality is top notch, workers do a very professional job and need no monitoring barring a quick overview at the end, I always tip them but there does not seem to any expectation from their end, my car has a nano-protection and the Feynlab vendor told me that this wash is much better for nano-protection than the one at typical car washes (both manual and automatic); very pleased overall.Only gripe is that I bought the package with air fresheners included, but the worker doesn’t put it in, stating that his app does not show airfreshners included and this is an add-on.

They always go to a wrong location and they do not answer the phone!! Also their service is not that good you can have a better service in any other place and their customer service is so rude. She told me the biker is arrived and she didn’t give me any time to talk and she hung up on me.
