Tried to create account, and started to get error in the last step, “activate card pin”.But same time received SMS with newly opened account number, after that trying to login in 48 hours but again same error as - “something went wrong, please try again “.To check the opened account status, I went to Bank branch and get response that - for Bouki, we cannot do anything, they asked me to open complaint through BOUKI only.Then I tried to contact support by writing a message and during submitting got error that special character not allowed, but there’s no any special character. Such a waste of time.

This is very good start for a wallet to be started. The UI is simple and easy to use which makes it user friendly.For me, the problem starting with: 1- I can’t top-up using credit card, 2- I can’t change my name in english in order to issue the physical card. I called the customer service but nothing changed.

This is very good start for a wallet to be started. The UI is simple and easy to use which makes it user friendly.For me, the problem starting with: 1- I can’t top-up using credit card, 2- I can’t change my name in english in order to issue the physical card. Terrible app - not functioning the basics

Trying to open new account using the app as the online page forces me to use this terrible app. When you proceed, and you enter all your details , you can’t activate your card and can’t activate your account. The app keeps loading forever and i tried multiple times. This is also reported by many users. Very frustrating and unprofessional from a large bank.
