Poor API - Fails User Login Most of the time

I have been trying to book an appointment through this app, and most of the time it either says “user invalid” or the OTP simply does not come through. This has made the entire process extremely frustrating. The app’s unstable UI and unreliable API performance seriously damage the reputation of Toyota’s customer experience. The development team needs to urgently address these basic functionality issues and improve the overall user flow and reliability.

Please look into the app, as I have been trying to book and appoint for my car through the app for Riyadh service area, but unfortunately it does not seem to process after the summary of the appointment. Ultimately the booking fails. Very frustrating. Pls assist in having it fixed many other customers could have the same problem

This app is a complete disaster. The interface is extremely confusing, many options are hidden or not functioning, and the OTP never arrives, making it impossible to even register properly. For a company like Toyota, I expected a world-class digital experience — instead, this app feels like a cheap, unfinished product. Frankly, this experience makes me regret choosing Toyota, not because of the car itself, but because of the poor customer service and the lack of care in providing proper digital support. Unacceptable.

Call Center has very tight working hours in Ramadan so we should have a reliable application but obviously this application also is not working at all. My car is Yaris and I have just had in the regular maintenance 3 weeks ago and now it is very Slow and has weird sound when starting to move
