This was my first time using this RedBox US Address service. Literally the worst delivery experience I ever encountered, and I order A LOT of things online. Will return to my previous SPL ALAMI because Redbox CANNOT be trusted. Will not recommend to anyone. Took my package 5 weeks and 2 days to finally arrive. Support and customer service is so bad, my 10 year-old daughter could do better. Not a single soul answered the phone when calling support, and they take FOREVER to reply to E-Mails, had to send reminders to make them take a look and solve the delay issue, otherwise the package would’ve been just sitting there.

The service of getting goods from loved ones that wish to send us tangible gifts while abroad is such a nice idea. It’s a shame this company is charging so much for the service. Family pays shipping in the states to get a gift to New Hampshire and then I pay 3x the value of the gift (that weighs less than a pound) in order to receive it on my end. Maybe it’s okay for domestic goods within the kingdom, but I’ve asked my family not to send us anything else after being ripped off twice.
