It depends about clients location it seems I’m in very good location , I’m very satisfied with packages rates , internet speed , as well as calling services . Negative part : while travelling by road , the service is out of coverage in many areas if compared to other service providers anyway Thank you Salam Mobile 👍
Bad experience
I transferred both my numbers to Salam it was the worst idea … I got the highest package and I suffered from a very bad connection and internet service even at my home no coverage at work it was more worse than ever .. I contacted customer service many times they don’t understand the problems of plus they give wrong codes that doesn’t even work and every time I call them they said system update….until when ?? For ever !!!!
Don’t buy their SIM or transfer your number to them …..

very bad system service. I bought an e sim, I've been waiting for more than 2 days, I didn't get a barcode email. When I went to the customer service department, he just said wait and wait, it's really unprofessional to answer like that without any solution.
