Worst app
Worst app i have seen my entire life. It has a many bugs. I have converted my normal sim into e sim then ị received a sms that QR has been sent to the app for e sim scan it and activate the sim but the QR never been seen on the aap. Then the i fill the QR substitute information and it shows me that its ỉn correct. The hole aap is mess up thing
I had also complaint to the help centre they are telling me another issue which i really didn’t have
Very poor service
I have very bad experience with them, although they didn’t provide me a sim, and deducted my money before the sim delivering like a prepaid card
its more than two month that i requested agents are not well inshort their customer service is very poor
