With the new Google Map© features, locating the nearest panel clinics would be a breeze.
Using the in-app GPS functionality, directions to your choice of clinic will be shown. You can also make a call to the clinic without the hassle of exiting the Mobile App.
Claim Submission – New!
Go Green! Forget the Hassle of submitting hard copy receipts as Alliance is moving on to a paperless claim submission process.
Snap a picture of your original receipt and upload it via the Mobile App. So Simple!
Check Balance – Enhanced!
Check your balance on the Go! With the New Alliance Mobile App, you can peek at your current annual balance without using the web browser or desktop.

Does not work for iPhone X
I tried submitting claims and the screen turning a while then nothing happened. I went to check claim history and there is nothing. I delete and download the app again, it appears the same.
I tried to use my husband’s old tablet and my claims can go through….
Please update your app, it is not friendly. No wonder rating is so low…….
Frustrating app
The app keeps asking user to accept terms and conditions repeatedly and sometimes user is not even able to check the box. OTP is also not received so that you are not able to view claims. This app needs a complete overhaul. The interface is so old fashioned and user unfriendly
Terrible and lousy
Terrible and lousy app. Super buggy. Super laggy. Unintuitive. Always have issue logging in. Kept changing my login ID to incorrect ID and when try to reset password, it’s the wrong number so I can’t even reset. I hate when technology makes things worse than necessary.
