The app is easy to scroll through. More items have been added since when I first downloaded the app. The wish list function is helpful except when it keeps bouncing back to the top whenever you leave it. It is clear on how to place an order and you receive prompt updates on the status of your order/ delivery.

I appreciate that I can buy from Guardian, Giant and Cold Storage simultaneously. There are many time slots to choose from, depending on availability you can have it delivered on the same day.

The only issue is that on rare occasions certain items are out of stock but you will receive the refund notification immediately. Even then, the customer service is great and quick to answer your queries.

Terrible experience, won't use again

I used Cart for nearly a year and have ordered many times, but my recent experience has been nothing short of terrible. My order was delayed on the delivery date, and despite my efforts to confirm the delivery time with customer service line, my order was not delivered as scheduled. This caused a lot of inconvenience and frustration for me. On the following day, I reported the issue to customer service but did not receive any response or follow-up, despite calling five times and writing two emails. This experience made me realize how bad the customer service is, and it was very disappointing to receive such poor service despite being a loyal customer for nearly a year. When it finally arrived, two items were missing from my order, which was very disappointing. To make matters worse, when I received my watermelon, I found that it was cracked and had attracted a lot of bugs. I suspect that it was not properly handled and was thrown on the ground. Overall, I had a very unpleasant experience with this app and will not be using it again. The lack of communication and follow-up from customer service was very concerning and disappointing, and the quality of the products was subpar. I would not recommend this app to anyone. Hopefully, this review will help other customers make informed decisions and provide valuable feedback to the company to improve their services.

Deserves ZERO star!

I have been a loyal user of CART ever since it started. All the while it has been reliable and good. This is the second no-show delivery in a week that was scheduled for 11am-1pm. First time round I called CS at 2pm and Angel promised to ask the driver to expedite the delivery…this was after it was an hour late. An hour later, I called Angel again and asked her to cancel the order as I have had enough of this waiting. She promised to cancel the order immediately and process a refund. 5 mins after the call, I received a text advising me that my order is out for delivery and expected time is 11am-1pm, when it was almost 4pm! What a joke! Then finally at 515pm the delivery arrived. When I asked the driver what happened, he said he just picked up my items from the warehouse an hour ago. So Angel flat out lied to me when she said she will hurry the driver and the order is on its way at 2pm when it was still sitting in the warehouse! IS THAT HOW YOU TRAIN YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF. Lie to your customers to get them off your back when clearly the fault is yours? Today's delivery was scheduled for the same 11-1pm slot. It is now 330pm and there is no sign of it nor a courtesy call to say that it will be late! SO MY ADVICE TO YOU ALL IS TO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE COZ CLEARLY CART IS A SHAM!
