PLEASE FIX THE BUG its annoying cant even edit the equaliser!!! and keep disconnecting when leave the house?
No Internet connection
Keeps reporting that there is no Internet connection when there’s obviously one!
I am a fan of Creative products but the apps are a shame and disgrace to say the least. Do something about it, Sim. I have supported you since Pineapple time, don’t disgrace our country with these kind of products. Also the SXFI app can never detect my headphones at all. I am using iOS 15.0.1
Wonky & Unstable App
For all the brilliance in terms of sound output for Creative, their applications have been a total disaster - constantly requests me to reconnect to my subwoofer, app is laggy, and at times doesn’t reflect last setting.
Having serious second thoughts about purchasing another product unless they can fix this - which really is such a low hanging fruit.
