Great service and convenient to use
Recently used the medihub app to arrange for a telemed appointment. I was surprised at how quickly I got an appointment (within 30mins) and received my medication at my door steps within 3 hours on a Sunday.
This app makes visiting the doctors extremely convenient and the app is also easy to navigate.
The concierge service from Fullerton is also top notch with real time follow up on the appointment details.
Great app to use!
It is an amazing app! Very easy to maneuver and all-in-one app, e-Card, e-filing of claims, clinic locator and it has a 24/7 hotline! What I like best is the teleconsult which it’s so efficient. I got to see a doc virtually within 5 minutes! Don’t even need to step out of the house and the medication was delivered to me within 3 hours! This is a fantastic app! Thumbs up! 👍🏻
Convenient and easy to use
Bye bye to having to carry a physical card to see doctor. It’s great that we need to only tap and show the e-card to the clinic staff. Searching for a nearby panel GP is also a breeze now that we can just key in key words in the app to search. Submission of claims is the best. Just to need to take photo of the receipt! And I can check the status online easily.
