When your piping hot order is ready for collection, a notification will be sent to your mobile phone. Just flash your order number at the pick-up counter to collect your order.

Under appreciated app
I stumbled across this app a year ago and honestly, buying KFC has never been the same. Probably used it a dozen time to get both eat in and pick up orders. Has worked perfectly so far and every order has been waiting for me when I reach KFC. The reviews seem overwhelmingly bad cos people only review it when things go wrong but not when it works as expected. Haven’t seem Macs or any other fast food place match this yet. And I don’t think people get how much easier life is when you don’t have to wait in the god awful Qs after your done working 10 hours and just want to go home with some fried chicken. App needs to be more customisable
When ordering dine in, customers are allowed to top up difference to change drinks or sides. The app does not provide for any such options. There isn’t even an option to change a drink in the app let alone sides. Your meals tend to come with tenders which I absolutely detest and there isn’t even an option to change them to fries, coleslaw or whipped potato. I would upgrade to cheese fries but there isn’t such an option. The default drink is Pepsi black and I can’t even change it to any other drink. Wouldn’t it make business sense to allow topping up difference in amount for other sides and drinks for the app as with in-store dining? More customer satisfaction with customisable options and more orders for kfc. Less food wastage as well. I wouldn’t want to pay for food I don’t even like or want, which is what’s happening with your app right now.
Took 30minutes to order a meal, wonderful user experience.
This app is so buggy and the connection is trash. After finalising my order, I went to checkout. To my surprise it only show debit and master card which I have none of those, so I click back. After heading back to the checkout screen, suddenly a DBS PayLah appeared as a third option. Seems to me like that was a bug? Next problem was after selected DBS Paylah to confirm the transaction, the screen shows “please do not close / refresh the page etc”. I waited for 5 minutes before prompting out an error: HOST ERROR, however, my : BROWSER & CLOUDFLARE is working. Therefore, I have to repeat the whole process again. After reaching the “Please do not close… “ screen, again I waited for 10 minutes and nothing is appearing afterwards, it literally just hangs there.
