Worse than the older app. Not user friendly, button colour faded off which people thought this might be sold out, and the number of cup in queue and waiting time not even updated after ordered and waited for half an hour. I don’t see any differences from older one, but older one is easier to place order. Please improve with what customer needed while using the app, not just beautifying it.

Not all outlets can be found even with new app. The irony is some outlets can only be found on the old app and some outlets can only be found on the new app. Needs to improve on this as it is troublesome for user to check on both apps for the specific outlet available so as to make an order.

wanted to order at oasis terraces using the older app, but it wasn’t listed there anymore, so i downloaded this app. found the store and wanted to use the voucher i had to place order. but can’t. no matter how or what i did it just kept saying no vouchers available when i literally have 4?? i thought maybe its the terms and conditions like maybe i didnt satisfy them but there wasn’t any, or at least i couldn’t find any?? understand that this app only works for 2 outlets and both are not the outlets i want to purchase from. but the old app also don’t have the outlet, not sure how i can place order apart from placing order over the counter …

The first app wasn’t the prettiest, but it got the job done.This one has a better interface, but it’s borderline unusable. Nothing loads properly and it just keeps giving me an error. I literally gave up ordering Koi cause it just doesn’t work. Will be drinking Chagee until this app pulls itself together :(
