I have been using Nimbus for almost 2 years now. Hired an additional cleaning before CNY so it was not my usual crew. She was the worst ever, did not even know how to put on bedsheet? 3 hours service and she did not even complete my living room or office. My usual crew with 2 hour service would have completed everything already and did not need any help on changing bedsheet. I even helped her put on the pillowcases and vacuumed the living room but she still struggled and could not finish cleaning.Please give crew better training, I did not pay for the crew to ask me to help them. Just ridiculous .

I have been a customer of Nimbus for more than a year and I’ve had a very positive experience with my regular crew Abby who comes around to help me around the house every week. Abby has consistently been effective and efficient at completing the tasks assigned to her, and she takes initiative to help out with tasks that we overlook eg wash the dirty dishes in the sink, tidy up a messy countertop. She’s been a joy to have and I am very satisfied with the help she’s provided. The Nimbus app is also easy to use for making bookings (even last minute bookings, subject to availability of preferred crew), rescheduling appointments and giving feedback!

When I contacted customer support, I was informed that it was an error on my part, which I find unacceptable and unprofessional.
