First I couldn’t hear the dr, next the dr couldn’t hear me. And each time the call is ended I have to rejoin the queue from the back.

Rude Doctor & Poor Service — Even Charged Me TwiceI had a very bad experience with Dr. Yeam Cheng Teng. He was extremely rude and dismissive, and the way he spoke to me was unprofessional. On top of that, I paid twice for the service, and the staff acted like they didn’t know anything about it. No responsibility, no explanation, and no proper service at all.I left the clinic feeling disrespected and frustrated. Patients deserve honesty, respect, and proper communication none of which I received here. I will not be coming back.

The wait for the tele consultation is 30mins. But after told to be given MC, the Mc was not received anywhere, neither email nor the app, had to call the customer service but took long to resolve. Through out the entire ordeal, they require your full NRIC. Which is a little Sus. It’s been an hour since I consulted and I have yet receive my MC. Going to the Polyclinic will be faster.
