Pizza Hut SG 4+

The app is so bad that I felt the need to write a review here. I’ve never written any app reviews before so you can imagine how bad it is. The login page remains at the form even after the login is successful. I had to click back to know that I’ve successfully logged in. The location feature is so poorly written as well - the map is cut off and unable to choose any restaurants even though I can see the Pizza Hut logo. I truly do not understand how this new app is any better. Pls hire a new mobile app developer.

For such a big company, I didn’t expect the app development to be so bad. Took such a long time for the app to load and it was not possible to delete any items in the cart. It didn’t work when I logged out and logged in again, I had to delete the app and redownload to clear the cart. Shocking.

And I’d assume more than 50% of your business comes from delivery / self-collection so I can only imagine the impact on your top line. App team / vendor needs to be changed.

The new apps doesn’t even deserve any star as it can’t even do what it was supposed to do, which is taking or placing order for diners. It only allow to place order which is at least one day in advance and not on the same day. I really wonder if there is any testing done before deployment and how the management can actually sign off a deployment that doesn’t fix the organisation goal.

I’d to put at least a star in order for me to submit my review.
