PRISM+ Connect - Smart Home 4+

I bought the prism+ fan and the initial connection experience to my home wifi wasn’t that great. Although the router is just less than 5m away from the fan, signal with direct line of sight will be degraded (1-2 bars) after the fan casing is closed. They replaced it with another new one and issue did not go away. Set up on Prism+ app wasn’t that great either.

Prism+ support team followed up religiously with me to get the revised (new) version of wifi adaptor installed and set up, and the rest is history. Signal was always at full and initial connection is fast. Their support personnel is very patient and listened to my concerns all this while.

I must say they have an excellent backend support team, and with their really affordable prices for their products I am not surprised they will do well. Keep it up Prism+!

Easy to use. Straightforward. Able to see the daily usage, total hours of use as well as average hours of use. we can also see the timestamps when the aircon is turned on and off. Would be better if the app can consolidate the turning off / on timing instead of a list of updates throughout the day, indicating 7.10am-ON 7.45am-ON 8.15am-ON … so on and so forth. Additionally, when it comes to aircon servicing. The customer service always call me when the date is almost up. I never have to worry about forgetting that it is 3 months already for the servicing. I felt compelled to mention this as this really make my life easier. And the technicians are very friendly also! I would say the after sales service is equivalent efficient! Whenever my friends or family ask for suggestions of aircon I will recommend them Prism+ due to the convenience and of course because it’s cheaper than those big brands. Not many aircon brands in the market offer the app tracking and this itself is a major plus point for me personally. No need to worry about forgetting to off aircon also after I’m out of the house! Mai tu Liao, just go for it. People say it’s OEM/China manufactured. That doesn’t mean it’s less good. Almost everything we use also manufactured in China. So I don’t see any problems. I’ve been using it for only 8 months but I have a good feeling. So long as you stick to the servicing, I don’t see how there will be any issues. Keep up the good work Prism+! <3

We actually purchased our system 4 air con early 2023 and finally got to install them during Nov and moved in in Dec. It was super easy to book them for the checks and installation. It’s been 3 months and everyone including workers for other projects commented that our aircon is super cooling in the entire house even though we do not have a kitchen door. Very happy the app reacts quickly and we can cool the house even before reaching back home. On top of everything they held up on their end of the promotion by providing the TV that was promised at the time of our purchase. Quality of TV so good we so tempted to get another one to put in bedroom! Mad impressed with the response rate of the customer service as well. Be it via phone calls, whatsapp or emails, they follow up super fast and i never had an issue reaching out to them. So proud that we have such a strong singaporean company that sets themselves aside from brands that’s perhaps around a little longer and lost touch with their customer service abilities. 10 stars to Prism+ if i could!! (Sadly i’ve passed the chance to write review on Lazada so hopefully people still get to read my review here!!)
