态度散漫 拖延时间 专业知识差到爆 答非所问 基本拼音以及字母不懂 普通话水平我相信很好 但是故意不好好沟通 一副玩世不恭的态度和顾客在电话里讲废话 我希望这是他个人的行为 但细思极恐 偌大的企业基层工作人员如此对待用户 是酷航企业文化如此以至于工作人员工作态度散漫是常态还是酷航不在乎用户感受 客服只是敷衍应付？ 酷航是用行为告诉我们它不缺用户呢 还是用户只有一间廉价航空可以选择？这种毫无职业素养的基层工作人员我相信酷航的普通话客服部门必将是他人生事业的最高峰 毕竟男至贱则无敌
Excellent app, terrible website
App is user friendly and super fast. Honestly really one of the best airline apps ever. Only reason why i didnt use it initially is bcos i have no space for another app on my phone.
The website, however, freaking sucks…sorry i have to complain here bcos there is no feedback place on the website. Please open a feedback section there. 1. TERRIBLE UX… 2. It hangs…and keep bringing me back to a page altho i have already input details and click next. What a joke… i would recommend yall to use mobile as trust me the experience is way better
