Worst bike sharing services I’ve tried in the whole world

The title is no exaggeration at all. First of all, it is VERY hard to actually find a working bike. Most of them when you scan the QR it says it is faulty or just says unlocking until timeout. I decided to try one day, after scanning more 20 bikes, the 21st actually turned out to be working. Okay. The app says you are in a ride. Good. After that I parked it inside simi designated geostation. Manually locked it. It beeps as if it’s been locked. My app still says I am in a ride. Maybe I need to scan the QR? But it says ‘unlock’ and I am not even unlocking another one ( which is faulty btw). 10 minutes later. I received a message saying I did not park properly and they are going to fine me 5 dollars. Amazing! So difficult to actually unlock and rent a bike and so difficult to return but very easy to get fined. I think I am being very, very nice to not asking for a refund for such horrible experience and they are charging me first? Will never use it again. The only bike working was in a horrible condition btw. There is no maintaining at all.

Couldn’t agree more to all the negative reviews

Genuinely do not like to write bad reviews as it’s very hard to make up for the lost “stars” and every business should get opportunities to improve. This is one app I’m at the end of my tether with. If the concept of your app is treasure hunt to find a working bike then you’re on point. But if it’s a honest effort at making people’s life more commutable at Low cost and carbon print then you’re failing miserably. Out of curiosity amongst the 15k+ bikes you’ve, do even 15 of them work? Roamed around a radius of 3 Km to not discover any bike although the map showed so. And amongst 6-8 bikes discovered, 0 were functional. This is the third time that it happened and I’m done with your app. There is a scarcity of bikes in many areas. So technically no one can rely on your app to be able to find one. And by mistake if we do come across one it’s faulty. Recommend you guys to do a cleanup repair of all bikes reported and scatter across some in every area. Some of your baskets are used as trash cans just by the way!

First of all, I was required to top up $10 in the beginning and there was absolutely no message or warning telling me that there would still be deductions made to my card without me knowing. Secondly, the app malfunctions 80% of the time and does not unlock most bikes, crashes, has continuous errors, doesn’t scan, etc. I once actually spent half an hour trying to unlock bikes one by one. Lastly, from topping up $10, after using a bike (that finally worked)for 1.5hours, my account balance became -$7++. I meant to email them and check in with them about this but forgot about it. 1 month later, i Check my card transactions and Lo and behold: $3++ has been deducted every month for the past few months since I signed up for this app. Furthermore, on the app, there is NO OPTION to cancel your card. They have all your bank details. I’m absolutely furious right now and I want bloody answers.
