iPhone X Update + Store Card on Wallet
I really love how the app works and etc, but it really needs some update or upgrade.
Firstly, let be updated to iPhone X UI at least! It’s really sad to see that the UI isn’t updated since Sept 2017. And that is more than 6 months!
Also, would love to see that there is Store Card/Pass with the current value or amount of the card in the Wallet app. At least this allows us to quickly make payments and etc, without the need to wait for the app to load - especially if we might own an older device, compared to opening up the wallet - which it would be faster.
I’ve been reading some reviews from others about app crashing or app keeps logging out. Whoever reading this, take note that you guys can screenshot your barcode and keep it in your photo library.
Instead of trying to log in at the counter and cause some delay in waiting for others due to app auto logging out, you guys can just open up your image and use the barcode to scan and pay. With this method, it will save time for you and others.
And of course, I think the Sbux developer should just create an Apple pay interface on the app for users to reload their sbux card directly instead of keying in our credit card number.
The recent update is an improvement, but still lacks basic features that would bring it up to speed.
First, allow users to use Apple Pay to top up their Starbucks card, instead of having to go through the pain of using the web UI that itself doesn’t allow copy and paste/auto fill.
Second, put the Starbucks card into the wallet to make it even quicker for users to pay.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
