Play With a Controller

Discover and connect compatible devices.

Interested in playing games on the App Store with controllers? You’ll find controller support listed on a game’s product page if it’s compatible, and in some cases the game’s developer may even recommend using a controller for the best experience.

To play, you’ll need to pair your controller to your Apple device via Bluetooth or Lightning port, depending on which controller you’re using. For a full list of compatible controllers and step-by-step instructions for getting ready to play, check out the Apple Support site for all the details.
