I feel grateful for the support from this app. I normally don’t connect and motivate we’ll w digital devices, however, your app has motivated and encouraged me to get back on track!I do not understand the joy points and wish there was somewhere I cauldron find a better explanation of how those work.I also wish your site would allow me to plug in info on a given day after the fact. Sometimes I write food intake down in my planner and am unable to get it in the app in time. Thanks for what is working to help me reach my goal!

They should be used once per week, so that the body does not go into energy-saving mode.Please click on the calendar on the top right of the "today" screen to adjust your entries for already completed days. I was looking for a new calorie tracker and this one seemed great. It had good reviews and linked to some other apps I use. I went ahead and paid for a month of Pro so I could access more features. I found that simple items from Costco were not in their database. It seems to be more UK based. I double checked my settings to make sure I had English (USA) as my language as it said to do. I also tried to add an item and it kept saying “server error” after inputting everything which was frustrating because it didn’t save anything and took time to add. Also it offered to scan the nutrition label but then didn’t read it right at all. I wish I could get my money back. That’s another thing- they should have had a free trial so that if it didn’t work for me I would not be charged $8.99. Learned my lesson!

Had to reinstall the app, all data gone now. Good that I am using it only for three days. But up to now disappointed, though purchased a year subscription. Why I cannot preview how many calories I consumed on previous days? Only shows if you exceeded or not your daily limit? I guess it is obvious that if you control your calories intake you want to know how many you consumed before???Updated! Overall quite good app, I would still prefer more user friendly stats as how many calories I consumed on previous days, and charts that are more easily readable, as currently it’s not informative for me.

In addition, we’ve noted your feedback on the calories consumed. Because the "calorie deficit" is a very important part of weight loss, we focus on this rather than the amount of calories consumed in a day. This is because, as body weight changes, calorie needs also change, so consuming the same amount of calories may stop causing weight loss after a few months, when the body adapts to the new weight. I wish I had realized that this app focuses on low fat instead of carbs. It’s very hard to add a food. I paid my subscription and I should have only done one month to try it. It’s not as easy to use as other apps. Now I’m stuck with this for a whole year, even though “you can cancel any time”. I want a refund. There is no way to communicate with them either. This was a big mistake!!! Note, I give this one star. It would not accept my review unless I gave it five stars!
