Hello my name is Dr. Ayodabo Esuola and I have been banking with you since 2001. I live in USA and I’m not allowed roaming for unknown reasons. So I couldn’t use your online application because the account was opened with my Nigerian phone number. I usually use Ojodu branch since I live in Magodo PH1. Two week ago, I needed a fixed deposit account, and to change my account phone number to the USA number. . Eventually someone introduced me to Zenith Bank manager who can to my house in person to get me and my wife registered I left the UBA branch in anger after waiting for more than 3 hours. I’m of the opinion that you don’t want to hire professionals because of the high pay. But it’s a sorry sight to see the level people you hired.It’s a shameRegards,Ayodabo Esuola

While the app is okay and all. I had a situation (I’m using iPhone) where I was randomly logged out and i couldn’t log back in without my password. I didn’t know my password unfortunately because I got used to biometrics (Face ID login). So my option was to reset password but i couldn’t do that without a secure pass so i had to go all the way to the bank just to access my account. It’ll have been nice if they conveyed stuffs like that to me when I registered. I needed the money in my account that day I had to borrow from a friend. Asides that they’re ok I’ve been using them for months without problem since then.

I don’t know what’s going on with my mobile banking app , it’s been 48hrs now and I’ve been trying to send money to another account but it’s not bringing that option . When ever I click on other banks it comes up with a blank page .. I’ve been trying many times but it’s doing the same thing . I tried reaching out to the customer service but it’s not active . The numbers I dialed are not going through . Please I’m s student and I really need to do transactions, help me on this because it’s getting too long .

I don’t know what’s going on with my mobile banking app , it’s been 48hrs now and I’ve been trying to send money to another account but it’s not bringing that option . When ever I click on other banks it comes up with a blank page .. I’ve been trying many times but it’s doing the same thing . I tried reaching out to the customer service but it’s not active . The numbers I dialed are not going through . Please I’m s student and I really need to do transactions, help me on this because it’s getting too long .

Whoever designed this new UBA mobile banking app did a terrible job, the previous version was easy to use and well programmed. I have been struggling with UBA secure pass to be able to generate a which hasn't been successful till now, it's a poor job more like a setback and as much as I can't get any transaction done for almost a week now due to not being around to go the nearest UBA branch it's very bad most especially for people in diaspora. As much as I hate to compare services however I can say the Access More bank app is a better upgrade to what UBA currently has plus they have an option for new devices you can easily get an OTP in the registered phone number or email, UBA needs to fix up I believe you can do better thank you.
