The COG-TRU Outages mobile application is designed to provide City of Gastonia and Two Rivers Utilities customers with a convenient method of reporting problems as well as keep them informed of the status of their services.
Customers can use the app to report outages for Electric, Water and Sewer Utility service. The app also includes a map that shows the location of Electric service interruptions. Users will receive push notifications with updates on interruptions that affect their service, estimated restoration times and more.
