This app is designed to provide an additional convenience for you, our member-owner, and serve as another way in which you can be connected to your electric cooperative. It builds on existing resources such as our website (www.svec.coop) and our social media channels, including Facebook and Twitter. During extreme weather or emergency situations, this app also offers another way to contact us and monitor the area’s outage map.

Remember, you are more than a customer of Shenandoah Valley Electric Cooperative. You are a member-owner. Won’t load

I upgraded to the iPhone 11 and the app doesn’t load at all. I get a message saying my app is up to date and that’s it. Have to go online and pay, needs to be fixed.

WHAT HAPPENED??

Been using this since moving to coop service 2018. Very mobile device friendly. Somewhere around November 2021, it stopped working. A 5 minute payment process became an hour long ordeal, once with a missed payment. Login info no longer accepted, can’t paste password from secure manager, goes back to home screen if you toggle to another app. Have reverted back to using browser, and other than lack of true mobile device compatibility, that works great, but not as well as the app used to work.

New SVEC app usability

I have used this app successfully until this latest update. I really liked the app, but I can’t use the updated iPhone version. I have installed and uninstalled this app so many times hoping the issue has been resolved, but NO, still get a blank screen, not even an SVEC banner. Noticed a previous complaint about the same issue dated a year ago. How long does it take to fix this problem?
