This app is designed to provide an additional convenience for you, our member-owner, and serve as another way in which you can be connected to your electric cooperative. It builds on existing resources such as our website (www.svec.coop) and our social media channels, including Facebook and Twitter. During extreme weather or emergency situations, this app also offers another way to contact us and monitor the area’s outage map.
Remember, you are more than a customer of Shenandoah Valley Electric Cooperative. You are a member-owner. I have used the app since it was created love paying my bill this way. However since I updated phones to and iPhone 8+ I only get a blank screen I have deleted app and reinstalled and still blank screen. Please fix this
I upgraded to the iPhone 11 and the app doesn’t load at all. I get a message saying my app is up to date and that’s it. Have to go online and pay, needs to be fixed.
Very easy to use app if you want to pay your bill, check your account, etc. However, when opening the app the screen is just white and says “Your app is up to date” - yet nothing shows up on the screen afterwards. No menu, no bill pay, account information.... nothing. Not very happy with this app right now
