Works well except for focus

I like the app overall but when depositing checks the iPhone camera won’t adjust focus. This wastes a lot of time.

The UI is cumbersome with too many taps and prone to errors. Why have the final confirmation font so miniature? Make it look like a Wells Fargo app

Grumble mag
I've been using this mobile banking app, and it's fantastic! The interface is super easy to navigate, and I love the biometric login for quick and secure access. Transactions are fast, and the real-time notifications help me stay on top of everything. The budgeting tools are really handy too. Plus, customer service is just a chat away and always helpful. Overall, it's made managing my money so much easier!

Almost happier it’s crashing

I guess they “fixed” the problem of having to go through the screens of useless verbiage with EVERY SINGLE check deposited by having the app crash when you try to take a check image. At least you don’t waste your time tapping thru five screens for every check. This seems linked to iOS 12 which means they didn’t test it. Also, there is no no app-specific support. The developer support link in the App Store goes to Pacific Western’s home page. There doesn’t look to be any support page, ‘submit a problem’ form, support Twitter account, etc.
