This was the best customer service I have ever, EVER experienced with ANY company. I tried to update my transponders from a local vendor. They still had the old “peach” stickers. I took one back that was unopened to recoup some of my money. Messaged customer service about the incident. They wanted to give me credit for the one I had opened. I ordered correct one from BancPass and they transferred everything over to the new transponders!! A great team to work with, thank you!!!!

As much as I love the app and my being able to use the toll ways without the commitment, there are some things that need to be changed/added to this system. For one, we need the ability to completely remove a vehicle from our accounts, not just having it disabled. Even the ability to hide vehicles would be better than nothing. And two (which harkens back to number one) we need the ability to be able to transfer funds from one tag to another without having to call the central servicing call-in line. That line is only useful for the people who work normal hours daily or in an environment where they can actually make calls during the day. I have $10 stuck on a car that has been crushed into a cube. I don’t need that car on my account and I need my $10 tomorrow but the line is closed on weekends... for now, the app gets three stars.

I am always glad to quickly use this app. I can easily add money to my account, change debit cards and it’s all taken care instantaneously. So much better than using the online EZTAG method

They take too long, clearing your balance after you use the toll. for example if I have a $15 balance my balance will stay at $15 for three months even if I use the toll more than once you never know what your balance is on a per trip basis. on Tuesday I had a $.95 balance I added $3.00 to that balance which brought my balance to $3.95. I used the toll for a $3.65 charge. Now I’m being told that my account was deactivated. My tag will be suspended and I will be charged violations for a -$.30 balance which my balance is not -$.30 because $3.95 -$3.65= $.30.
