High Yield savings Acct DON’T BOTHER

Used website for Hy savings, no problem, downloaded app, wouldn’t let me sign in, wasted some time trying, then emailed them, they answer”hy savings account is a standalone product and isn’t supported in the app”. Must have missed that part of the fine print, should be a giant disclaimer telling you the app is useless for these accounts. Zero stars for the app and the banks decision to not make all their products accessible in app.

Access for high-yield savings accounts

You can use the app for savings accounts, but the link is buried! You have to click "Forgot Password or User ID," and inside there is a link that says "Have a High-Yield Savings Premier account? Click here." The app works fine after logging in from there. No idea why they put it on the password reset page.Knocking off a star for burying the savings login link in such a weird spot (that *many* people aren’t finding, based on the reviews). It really does need to be moved to the front page.

I’m stuck using this app to do mobile banking because the bank affiliate has just one branch and closed their single ATM. logging on is often difficult and sometimes requires multiple calls to customer service. Unfortunately, “customer service” connects to people reading from a troubleshooting script rather than individuals qualified to solve problems. The only reason that I gave the app two stars instead of one is that when it works,it’s a breeze to use.

I just signed up for a personal savings account and I couldn’t login to the app after I was approved. I reached out to customer support and they said my account is not available for accessing through the app. They said I can only access it through a website. I just signed up for a personal savings account and I couldn’t login to the app after I was approved. I reached out to customer support and they said my account is not available for accessing through the app. They said I can only access it through a website. So then what is the point of even having this app?? Just remove it from the App Store if new users can’t even login. So Frustrating.
