Overall, easy to use and I love the ability to save my favorite order to easily reorder in the future. Only quibble is the expiration date field in payments. I always select a month first, but the year defaults to the current year and filters the months available to choose automatically. Threw me off until I realized I needed to change the year field first, to then have my expiration month show. Not a big deal, but kind of counterintuitive based on what folks are used to in other apps & online payment platforms. Again, great app and great salads!

I like the convenience of ordering on an app, I just wish this one had less issues. Sometimes when there are still several hours before a store closes, it won’t let me place a pickup order until the next morning, which is irritating, because if I use DoorDash to place a pickup order, it shows there’s still plenty of time to do so. It seems to happen most of the time, but not all the time, which is confusing. I’ve also noticed many small errors with prices and ingredients (for example whether they’re listed under premium toppings or regular). It seems to change often, so I guess they’re working to update things. It’s unfortunate that the problems in the app sometimes make it so that I need to go through the line instead when picking it up already prepared is more convenient.It would also be great if they added an option to get your bowl mixed up. I always ask for that in store (much easier than doing at home) but in the app it defaults to not mixed.

I hate that you can’t order online through the website and that you’re forced to download the app. The ordering times are never accurate and can change quickly. It’s difficult to use and has many bug issues (like having to click something 7 times before it works, or needing to back out before it works). Just make a website version instead of the app. Logging in is always a hassle because you need to constantly reset your password. It won’t allow me to merge my social media and email accounts. Instead it keeps telling me to sign into the other, and then vice versa back and forth nonstop. And if you have it merged with a social media one as well, you have to log in on both before it lets it work. Why even make an account?? I don’t want to save my information, I can enter it in each time when it comes to payment. Take notes from chipotle, their system is great, user friendly, not a huge headache, and could work similar to your structure.

This app uses DoorDash under the hood for delivery but fails to provide the customer with the correct tools to ensure the driver is appropriately compensated. Even if C&G has a determined rate, customers dont know if the driver is getting tipped, and I have seen tickets arrive on my orders where the amount shown is 0. This might explain why delivery orders seem to be frequently cancelled as drivers do not want to take orders where they are only paid the order minimum. - Order history screens need to be improved.- Add to cart action is confusing because the Quantity is determined in the wrong place onscreen. Unless you are already familiar with the app, adjusting the quantity will add two, not one item to the cart.- Delivery service and detail is lacking and rarely works.
