This app is extremely simple and easy to navigate. It’s definitely not overly complicated. I can get to my insurance info or my child’s info with just 1 button. This is so much easier than having to wait in line at a government office for hours. Certainly much less stressful than having to be on a phone call with someone for hours. Would definitely recommend 5/5 stars

To be a simple kind of man is what this here app let’s me be; an in a country for you an me this actually rocks harder than punk rockers on a keg of whiskey or vodka in Seattle Washington during Halloween. But I say that to say; this app helped me complete in mere seconds what over the phone lines an in office takes days to complete.

Wadaburger
I can’t access ANYTHING because of the 90 day open enrollment pop up. There is no way to exit out of it. Tapping all over my screen does nothing. No close pop up button. I would LOVE to change my info through there, as they are asking, but they have made it impossible. I could wait the 3 months to use the app, I suppose, but it’s useless as of now and I will just call them and get my issues and questions resolved in a timely fashion. I’ve had that pop up for two months now.
