Today is my first time using this app and it has been stressful. Took my 5 ‘Timed Out’ and ‘Invalid’ to get a beneficiary added. Now, transferring money is hell!! I have tried 15times and when I finally get to the last step, it says Transfer Failed...many times.I have sent a message to the EMail given to make enquiries and yet no response. I’m not sure if I’m ready to call customer care and wait for hours before a pick up only to be asked to go back to the bank to have these fixed after spending an hour of working hours waiting in line to have it done.

The enhanced application is very very loaded. I like the features that have been introduced. My favorite feature is the biometric login and travel notifications. The ease with which transfers can be conducted is great.
