The app itself is good, so far, but set up is a bit slow or too quick. Some instructions do not give enough time to read before it either starts the next set which causes you to back page or read the instructions twice or more before you can start the next task.

I wish I could do a review with no stars. I purchased this and did the registration for both mine and my boyfriends device I used the same email. Then my boyfriends screen broke, we filed and claim and it was a lengthy process. First the WarrantyLife emailed back and said we had to email a totally different company, Brightstar. All the back and forth emails are annoying and time consuming even after giving them all the information! They didn’t bother to look at my information and kept asking for the same things in the email, maybe to buy time? Well then my screen cracked. When i tried to file a claim they told me I was committing FRAUD. Because two phones were registered under the same email. Even though they had two different product registration numbers and two different IMEIS. They tried to tell me they were pursuing legal action and tell their legal team. I didnt even think it would be a big deal since the app let me register it with the one email. I’ve emailed back to attempt to clear up the information because they didn’t bother to look into the fact that my registration information was under a different device. But we’ll see what they say. I don’t appreciate getting threatened for legal action when I have not done anything but attempt to file a claim. If you just are scheming through this just DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

The whole innovative idea of liquid glass really got me excited. Now I’m Really regretting buying this key liquid glass product. I was better off sticking to my Zagg shield that does exactly the same thing for cheaper,(I still use a case for both Zagg and this key liquid glass) for obvious reasons that my phone is still at risk of breaking. Not only is it frustrating to have to download an app just to register this product instead of using a regular website that’s advertised on their packaging. (mind you it’s brand new right out the store after a tech from sprint applied the product for me),But there is NO DIRECTIONS telling you that you have to register from the device the liquid glass was applied on. I started the process on my ipad only to realize there is a series of “tests” that personally to me are inconclusive to anything since it’s exactly that, just an app. Once I got through the hurdle of tests, it asks you to take a pic of the front screen (now I realize the back screen isn’t covered even if you applied it to both sides of your phone.) so I had to find a mirror as instructed. Their camera is not even the whole screen so it’s dam near impossible to get a “clear eligible shot.” I literally laughed when terms came up stating that I understood that if the pic isn’t “clear” it will be deemed ineligible for a claim. I took about 5 mins trying to get the most decent picture I could. What a headache. The whole experience is horrible. Zagg takes me less than 5 mins to register! This one took me 30 and I AM tech savvy. This product has potential, but this process has convinced me TO NEVER bother with this product again. I can only imagine how many claims they deny for their own faulty app! Save your money people! Take your losses and just go buy a military grade screen protector and use a case still. To the people who are in charge to responding to these reviews, don’t bother, I don’t need to hear a generic response nor do I need you to waste anymore of my time.

Update: I see warranty life replied to my review trying to confuse you. Zagg sells this product as two years but during the registration you find out it’s only one and it’s actually delivered by “warranty life” not Zagg. Look up their reviews on other platforms and you will see how bad they are. I later attempted to make a claim and this company gave me the most ridiculous runaround and never paid out. Two stars is generous.————————Original review: Warranty Life will attempt to sell you products services etc during registration— car insurance?!!?!Zagg advertises protection for your device but you’ll find out at the end of the registration process that Warranty Life will not honor the same coverage promised by Zagg. For example Zagg indicates two years, but warranty life shows only one. Warranty Life indicates the warranty is not valid if bought from a Zagg retail operation that also does repair (“repair shops”). Which is all of them that I’m aware of at least around the Denver metro area.This whole thing is such a scam. It’s ridiculous. Return your voucher card to Zagg asap to get your money back. You still have 30 days. Send a message to their corporate office that we won’t tolerate being taken advantage of.
