Piada is one of my favorite fast casual places. I love how customizable everything is, which makes it easy to get exactly what I want every time. The food is consistently good, whether I go to one location or another, and the prices feel fair for the quality. Orders are always made quickly, and the staff is friendly and polite. I have been to a few different Piada locations and the experience is always the same. Good food, fast service, and a nice atmosphere. It is one of those places you can count on.

Received a coupon for free delivery. Clicked on it and opened up to my local Piada to order. I tried to place an order to be delivered and wouldn’t let me. I changed the delivery time several times. Called store and talked to the chef. This phone number I called is the same one I’ve ordered from so it’s a correct number. He said that it was weird and that they had several deliveries already. Asked if I was using the app or the website. Took my name and phone number and reported the problem to the powers that be. He asked what they could do to make it right and I said that I’d try again later. He said he would keep and eye open for the order and it would be free if I would drive there. I still couldn’t get the delivery to go through and then downloaded the app again. Got to check out with my card already processed and there wasn’t an option for delivery. Husband went to store to pick it up and the chef wasn’t there that he ran to Kroger’s to get gloves. This kind of problems has happened before on orders in varying ways. Very unhappy with service.
Issues with payment

I consistently run into issues when paying. I always get the error “the sum of your selected payment methods must equal the order total” when they already do! I try to troubleshoot. I remove the payment method, adjust the order type, manually enter the delivery tip, then add my payment method to equal the order total. 90% it still doesn’t work. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve started an order and given up because I couldn’t get payment to go through. I’m trying to get some food right now and running into other errors. This review is just for the app though. The food is definitely worth the trouble. I love Piada, it’s absolutely delicious and I have always had a good experience in restaurant and the quality is always the same when I’m able to order delivery through this horrible app.

I was very pleased with my food choice andwith the services I received at the Alliance,North Forth, TX. Piada location yesterday!Chef Nathan did an awesome job putting my very tasty Piada Salad together for me!!He was professional, very pleasing & patient as I added my own tasty choices to my salad. He assured me I was having a very “pleasant to the eye salad” presentation & boy was it very tasty too!! He even made sure I knew about all the tasty salad dressing choices!I must admit, I have always experienced an awesome eating experience there! However, I don’t recall another Chef introducing themselves to me before. I have noticed them wearing a name tag before. But, that added touch made my food experience much more tasty😁👏🙌🏾!!
