The Cooper’s Hawk mobile app was created to make it easy for Cooper’s Hawk Wine Club Members to engage with their Club benefits, which include exclusive content and a new gifting feature, only available on the app! Users who are not a Member can still register for the app to explore our locations, menus, wines, wine-tasting experiences, and the Wine Club.

So I have been a member @ Coopers Hawk since like 2020 and the food has always been amazing. Just flat out delicious and my wife and my two daughters and their husbands have been going there like at least once a month since 2020 But this past year Coopers Hawk has NOT been the same Something is going on with the food. It’s not as good anymore at all. For one they got rid of the Turkey Burger and that was a very delicious, juicy burger. The Mary’s mashed potatoes use to be amazing but now I give it a 5 out of 10. The short rib used to be amazing and now it’s smaller portions and it’s under seasoned. It’s just not good anymore. The food has went down hill over the past year. I used 2 brag to everyone on how good Coopers Hawk food is but now I don’t know if I’m going back. I’m disappointed and my family feels the same way I do. Now don’t get me wrong the environment and the people are great. The wine tasting is awesome as well. So with all that being said Coopers Hawk has went from my favorite #1 restaurant to like 7th place. And the thing is, is that I’m never one to complain ever but I felt like I had 2 say something after this past experience.

I have been a dedicated Cooper's Hawk member for over four years. Overall, my experience has been positive, largely due to the exceptional staff who have made this location feel like a second home. The atmosphere is consistently welcoming, and the wine and food offerings reliably bring me back.The reason for my review, however, is a specific and bittersweet testament to the power of great service. For years, the staff here have been its greatest asset. While some wonderful team members have come and gone, the most recent departure has genuinely impacted my group.Our server, Sharonda, was the gold standard. Her knowledge, attentiveness, and genuinely warm personality didn't just enhance our meals—they built loyalty. She was the primary reason my friends and I chose this location as our regular meeting spot, and I personally brought several friends to join as members because of the experience she provided.It is with great disappointment that I share she has moved to the Pembroke Pines location. Her absence is deeply felt. So much so, that my group has decided to follow her excellent service to Pembroke Pines. While we are thrilled to know where to find her, this move is inconvenient for us and underscores a significant loss for this location.This is not just a critique, but a strong suggestion: Invest in and retain talent like Sharonda. Employees of her caliber are the heart of your business and create the passionate member community you cherish. We will continue to enjoy Cooper's Hawk, but now at a different location, following the exceptional service we've come to value above all else.

New waiter and we were completely understanding of that in itself. I have a tomato allergy and informed him. Appetizer salad was mostly right but then it got worse. Still being forgiving until the waiter dropped off someone else’s dishes on our table, my order was remade 2x’s since it was wrong both times and we had to tell another waiter including the tomato allergy!!! Requested to see a manager 2x’s and waited longer only for her to simply apologize at which point I didn’t even want my food to be remade a 3rd time and wait longer while my husband ate his dinner. I requested again to have someone clear the dishes that weren’t ours and neither of us got our requested 2nd glass. It wasn’t worth the wait for placing the to go order that our kids were waiting for at home and as I type this we still haven’t gotten a bill!!! It’s been well over an hour; not worth trying to achieve the next level status after this!

I have been a member of the wine club for a couple years now, and I just want to let management know that Chris that works in the tasting room has always been a pleasure when I visit your establishment. Wine has always been something I have been fascinated with and have thoughts about becoming a sommelier. I have been in the service industry my entire career and managed many individuals. He is great at what he does and the entire staff at your establishment is amazing. They have always been over the top with the hospitality piece, which is something I try to instill in all my employees. Bianca, Mary, Kelly, Joey and a few others have always taken care of me. Thank you for teaching your team what a vital part hospitality plays in this industry.
