I believe the Seaworld employees have been waiting for this for a long time. This is just a development stage for the app but I hope to see more icons available (preferably in a larger size) and more accessibility to claim our tickets and change our schedule. I am hoping that the SeaWorld team reads this feedback to make the app better. We should be able to do everything within the app just like online and not have to click external links because that defeats the purpose of having an app in the first place.

There are so many constant problems with this app such as the constant glitching, problems selecting shifts, random shut downs, but the one that irritate me the most are how it constantly logs you out for no reason then tells you your password is wrong when it is not. Right now I am locked out because my “password has expired”. It takes me to a page where I can set a new one but each time I do it tells me my current password is wrong despite me literally just using it to log in. So annoying and the call number supplied doesn’t even work unless you use a company phone. Can’t wait until I never have to use it again. As well as this, whenever you put in your ID so they can send an email for you to reset your password the email never comes so matter how long and I have one on file.

Fun and user friendly and a great team building experience, especially when it’s time for clan war. The hog riders are a-bit overpowered, especially when paired with a rage spell but I do enjoy watching their little legs scamper across the battlefield. Im only town hall level 7 at the moment but already enjoying what the game has to offer and looking forward to the continued grind. If I had one complaint it would be that the gems make it very “pay to win” sometimes but the gem mine in the builder base was definitely a great start in the right direction.

This app is a wonderful start! I love that all the announcements are on there too. There’s a bit of weirdness with the “upcoming shift” section on the main page...once midnight rolls around, it doesn’t update to reflect the new day, so that could potentially cause confusion when setting alarms before bed. A good feature to add would be integration between your schedule and the device’s built in calendar. I’d love to just be able to hit a button and all my posted shifts get uploaded to my iPhone’s calendar. The app description says you can view tickets, but I don’t see that ability anywhere in my app, but I imagine that’s coming around in the next update or two. The ability to see/submit time off requests would be great. Same for availability changes, PTO accrual, etc. The ability to toggle between viewing your schedule as a list like you have it now or landscape like you have it on the mobile site would be great.
