I enjoy this app, but it has some bugs that need to be fixed. Like I have this hooked up to my laptop and to my TV and it times out every 10 minutes I want it to be continuously or a setting there where you can control the timeout settings so it doesn’t have to refresh every single time and you can continuously watch your cameras. This definitely should be something that is fixed, because how are we supposed to watch our cameras without our phones?

Honestly don’t waste your time and money on this product / company. I have four cameras on my driveway and only one camera picks up movement….I have a camera in my living room showing someone going out of the front door but yet no video of anyone in my driveway leaving….I paid extra for storage and all day recording. I go back to look at a time where I know someone was active and the recordings don’t pick up movement and won’t let me look at that timeframe. When I signed up for the cloud, it took like 7 days for the purchase to go into effect and I got charged twice….The cameras always report weak signal and aren’t charging fully during the day with the solar power panels. Even though I’ve already spent a ton of money on these things, I think I’m going to get new cameras from a different company because these are useless and aren’t doing their job.

So bought this system for my wife’s peace of mind letting the kids play outside. The app was the selling point since it pushed motion alerts. The alerts stopped showing up in the app about 2 weeks after we set it up. Emailed support, they asked to connect remotely. Insisted everything was fine, showed the screenshots of the inability of the alerts to show, they said get a third party app. In the end by trial and error I was able to fix the issue myself by logging out of the app then logging back in but now alerts are pushed to my notifications inconsistently it seems. In the end a lot of frustration and the manufacturer was NO HELP. Their instructions included with the product were very incomplete and unhelpful and their “lifetime technical support” is pretty much useless. Everything works, but don’t expect any help if it stops working.

You think by now after being 4 years old they would have a better system and set up! Just bought it and was great in the beginning but now when you go to check them it will say they aren’t up, network issues ( when WiFi strength is strong). I’m just over it. I bought them to have a peace of mind and instead I’m stressing out because they don’t work as they should and it’s not like they are cheap. Very disappointed. Do NOT recommend these.
