Slow and glitchy

The cameras work great, most of the time. We have one camera that seems to glitch out often. Not bad out of six. However, the app is super slow to load up. If I just minimize the app, but did not fully close it out, when I open it again, it will show me the view from the previous time. I used it not the current view. I have to completely close out and restart the app to get the current view to show up. Very frustrating when I hear something outside and need to check on it right away. Don’t always have several minutes to do the whole restart process.

Hate FFB
App would be a lot better if it didn’t have a timer on watching my cameras. I don’t need to be reminded how long I’ve been watching. Get rid of this please. Long load times with high speed internet make this feature absolutely useless. The settings features in the system could be a little more user friendly too. Not everyone is an IT expert. Dumb down the settings for the rest of us. Overall though the basic stuff is pretty easy to use and navigate. Linking the system to the app could be a little more user friendly too.

App would be a lot better if it didn’t have a timer on watching my cameras. I don’t need to be reminded how long I’ve been watching. Get rid of this please. The cameras are good but the app is terrible, every time I open the app i get advertisements. Who want to see that. The camera are for security to be access immediately. The login password never works. You reset the password and there is alway a error. To many click to access the cameras. To many click. It crash from one camera to another. Once you test your patient on the app, it shows you all the settings they are good settings. Waste of time and money. This cameras are good the app make it look terrible. Until they removed the advertisements and fix logging don’t waste your money look for a better brand unless you have all the time of the world to been clicking to many times to get the cameras.

The cameras are great but the app needs to be better! The account management is basically no management at all. I am scared to log out because I will not be able to log back in and my parents are upset I am unable to log them into the app since I forgot the password and can not reset it. There needs to be a support in the app or the management needs to be better

The cameras are great but the app needs to be better! The account management is basically no management at all.
