The exercises are doable and they don’t take very long. They are easy to follow. I like the simplicity of the app. I also like that some exercises are included in the next workouts so that you become better at your form when doing them. It is only 99 cents to discontinue advertisements.
Just What I Need

This app is just what I need to get my feet wet in Pilates. I have zero experience with Pilates and a lot of medical restrictions, but I’m on Day 10 and, even though the workouts are gradually feeling more challenging, they aren’t overwhelming or too difficult for me to accomplish. My only criticism is that I’m unable to play my own (or any) inspirational musical while I workout. I’m forced to exercise in silence without an external source of music playing. That’s kind of a bummer. Otherwise, I’m completely satisfied with this app and I’m so happy it exists! Thank you!

The idea is great, little “video” of what to do is accurate. App glitches: the only verbal guidance I get is a lady saying “two” over and over, at different intervals, it’s really weird. There’s no comment when you’re changing to a new exercise. So I have to hold my phone the entire time to watch. And the last one always drops off and tells you that you’re complete when you haven’t even started. Fix this and it’d be 5 stars.
