Provides most of the heart health data I’m looking for. Displays are clear. Easy to use. Can be hard to see in bright sunlight. Understand this device is not a true medical device but an aid to trend measured data. Battery consumption is okay, going for two days when one of the night monitors is active (Blood Oxygen night monitor or Scientific Sleep). Lasts 4+ days without them. Wish there was a setting to text me when the V19 was low on battery. Adding members or followers was less than clear but support provided clear instructions to make it easy. Now my spouse & I can see our data easily. Overall a good heart health fitness device at a relatively low price point.

I brought two of these watches and within a short period of time the watch stop working properly. I have booted the watch multiple times trying to get the proper blood pressure and heart beat rate. I can’t find any information on how to even get the correct time. However, in the very beginning I felt the watch was working and wore it even when I went to sleep. I am not sure if it is worth getting another watch like this. I have the watch this rating only because people have to experience this watch for themselves. I don’t want anyone to not experience this type of watch because it helps people like myself to believe that it can help them and I want this company to try to fix these problems. Please fix the problems and also make the watch accessible to everyone because the cost is good and allows people to stay healthy. I just want to add one more thing why does the watch stop charging itself.

I was really happy when I purchased my MorePro, at the time it was recommended to use the HBand App which I was not too thrilled with until I came across the MorePro App.The first time I used it, I was really thrilled with it as well as with the variety of options it has, but the first night it didn’t record my sleep info. This seemed to have fixed itself after the first night and I’ve been using the app every day with no problems till now. Since yesterday, when I open the app it prompts me to log in again and fill in all my info as if I was a first time user, info I have already filled in (age, weight, height etc) and when I’m done filling everything in, the app instead of starting, goes back to the log in page again, so I can’t get into the app since yesterday.I hope this is just a bug and gets fixed immediately since I’m sure I’m not the only one with this problem.Otherwise the product and the app are great, and will be even greater when I can use it again!

Request longer durations of lit screen at least on the main screen for at least 30-60 seconds as needed for stopwatch and timer feature. If used to monitor hr and oxygen for any medical purposes it is helpful to see ALL INFORMATION Ie: time, date, hr, SpO2 etc without having to twist our wrist here or there to get it to relight. Please consider extending the time or adjustments needed on an update that could be available soon? I really like this watch and have safely returned to nursing myself and have been able to give reliable information to my own medical team. Thank you! Fix the issue and I will change to 5 stars!
