Boulder Care has been absolutely amazing ! My recovery from fentanyl would NOT be possible if I didn’t have Boulder Care on my side. I refer and recommend people to Boulder Care DAILY. The impact they have made on my newly sober life (2 years) has left me 100% breathtakingly speechless & ever so grateful to be apart of their clientele. Again, my recovery would not be possible without BoulderCare being there whenever I need them. The option of telemedicine makes things extremely convenient and makes my daily life & recovery life possible in more ways than none. I would definitely recommend 10/10, to anybody, who is thinking about doing medically assisted treatment to sign up and give yourself a chance to experience the benefits they have to offer. I just wanna take the time to give a big shout out to Boulder Care. They have literally saved my life.Now I know it takes a team of people and it takes wanting it yourself however it’s hard for me to go to appointments. I have severe anxiety, I have a form of narcolepsy, and I am a full-time parent and grandparent. I’ve been clean for 10 years but because of my chronic pain, it is impossible for me to stop taking medication. I would also like to say that the people at Boulder care are absolutely amazing. I have always felt like a person and never judged. that was my biggest chief complaint was how I always felt judged when I was going in to an appointment. I always felt like people were looking at me. And the doctors always wanted me to do things their way. I couldn’t recover their way… here they are just so understanding ,they truly care about you, and they don’t try to force you to do things that just aren’t meant for you.. the government is trying to take this option away from us. Boulder allows us to have a video visit. We still do drug test and they still check on us just the same. For Some of us this is the only way. I encourage you if you are struggling with sobriety and you really want to get clean, give Boulder a try.. I promise you won’t regret it!

When I found Boulder I was in a hard place, I was already in treatment at an in person clinic, but I felt like I was hitting a wall. I was tired of being treated like an addict. I was tired of being triggered by being forced to be around other addicts in active addiction everyday, even though I was, and had been clean for a long time. I started to question what the point was anymore, might as well just go back to my drug of choice if I’m going to have to go to this clinic every single day, and be treated like an addict ever single day, e stead of the human being I was trying to be and do better. Then I found Boulder. The amazing support and overwhelming sense of true caring, and being treated like a human being was something I’d never experienced before in “in person treatment”. I’d been to many different clinics, and dealt with all the stigmas that come with being in “in person treatment programs”. With Boulder my life changed, things were different for the better. I strive everyday to continue my sobriety and recovery journey because of Boulder! I believe everything happens for a reason, and Boulder came into my life at a time where I needed them most. I work in a field that makes it really hard to take any time off. Someone told me that they had heard good things about Boulder and I am so very glad that I looked into it and then tried it out. I wish that I could remember the name of the prescriber that I have met with the two times on my Video call, because she is so very kind and helpful. I felt comfortable with her right away and was happy when I saw her for my second visit. Being able to make an appointment almost immediately makes my life so much easier. I live in Seattle and it’s hard to find a place that not only prescribes this medication, but also is not someone trying to take advantage of people that need help. I called around trying to find help when my last Doctor moved away. I had many places tell me that they don’t accept insurance or they are a cash only provider. I am no longer stressed about having access to a medication, that had truly saved my life! And Bonus, they quality of care so far has been above and beyond what I have experienced in the 8 years simply trying to stay on a medication that has helped save my life!!
