Really easy to compare plans! So much is covered, and is easy to find out what is and isn’t.Lots of improvements. Am a lot more optimistic than I was in the past for whoever needs the help, getting the care they need. Afraid that will also lead to more of what’s happening in my life though - persons getting away with crimes because “there’s treatments he could be in” and not knowing of the years of inadequate, dangerous, religiously/treatment opinionly biased and positioned to retaliate discreetly against patients/peers, MAKE HEALTH EVEN WORSE, environments of Substance Use, Mental Health, Behavioral Health - if you really think 12 step is the way to go… its just cuz you didn’t realize what was happening to people, and that the situation was technically leading to crimes/misdiagnosis/fraud.. ☹️ whatever..

This app gives you time to read through your recommended plans and understand which one actually works best for you. The app automatically sets an enrollment date and you have until your set enrollment date to make as many changes as you want! If you make an error select client error in the list of options when it asks the reason why you changed. Its okay to not know at first :)

I attempted to enroll in a plan first and pick my provider later and it said that I was enrolled in every plan I clicked on and would have to contact my provider to change it. I wasn’t enrolled in anything. I finally had to pick a provider first and then pick a plan that worked with them, but I wanted to take more time to review providers before I picked a plan first. The process ended up taking much longer than it needed to. Otherwise, the app was mostly fine. I wish there was a way to click on the phone numbers though.

Virginia has finally created an online system to make changes to our healthcare plans and comparing which plan is best for our needs! As well as being able to easily search from providers that are covered by our insurance plan. I shouldn’t be this happy about this app but I am! Well done and very easy to navigate.
